At Keap Candles, we want every scent to feel like home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unused products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Print the label and securely repack your candles in their original sustainable packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location. We recommend keeping your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  After we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
